CVD Risk Assessor - JBS2 NICE compliant
PARR Combined Model - a complete solution
A tool for analysing all CVD related data in your clinical system to identify potential
shortfalls in patient care. Anonymised data can be uploaded to the Quest Warehouse
for centralised aggregation. Patients at risk are immediately identified, along with any
shortfalls in recorded data. Mail merge facility and printing facilities provide practices
with the ability to track patients through the management of their LES.
QRISK Risk Assessor - the new solution
Hospital data and GP data are combined to provide a unique solution to the data
extraction and confidentiality issues that surround shared patient records. Please call
us for Webex demonstrations (these can be easily set up at short notice). This solution
is already well established with several large PCT's.
A tool for analysing all CVD related data in your clinical system to identify potential
shortfalls in patient care. Risk is calculated for ALL patients where there is sufficient
data. Patients in 'potentially at risk' groups (diabetic, raised systolic, raised cholesterol
etc) are highlighted for investigation.
